CDA Chairman: The Islamabad Expressway Project from PWD to Korang will be completed by the end of June

The Islamabad expressway project from Pwd to Korang would be completed by the end of June this year, according to Capital Development Authority Chairman Noor ul Amin Mengal.

Moreover, he also stated that the project would continue onwards to T chowk and is expected to be finished by early next year. In light of the inconvenience caused to the public during the construction period, Mengal expressed his regret.

Mengal further added that the travel time for those heading towards Kashmir, Murri or Galiyath would soon be reduced to less than five minutes while passing through Barakahu. Other than that he says that, the difficult phase of the project has been successfully completed.

The completion of the Islamabad expressway project is expected to bring major respite to commuters traveling from PWD to T chowk, as well as those traveling to Pakistan’s northern territories.

The project is anticipated to increase regional economic activity and improve the quality of life for people of Islamabad due to the anticipated decrease in commute time.Public reaction to the CDA chairman’s statement has been overwhelmingly enthusiastic, as everyone has been waiting patiently for the project to wrap up.

Many real estate experts believe that the completion of the project will have a positive effect on the local property market, particularly along the expressway.
